Lawson

Agent

Lawson is originally from Glen Carbon, Illinois, and a 2020 graduate of Edwardsville High School. He played collegiate soccer at Indiana University and Saint Louis University, where he earned a degree in Integrated Strategic Communication with a minor in Business Entrepreneurship in 2024. After spending time in Colorado working in the hospitality industry, he developed a passion for connecting with people and providing dependable service. Today, he brings that same approach to the insurance business. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, extreme sports, and spending time with family.

Schuyler

Director of Operations

Schuyler brings 15+ years in the insurance industry. She has built her career on diving deep on truly understanding underwriting and the reasoning behind the how's and why's. She is driven by curiosity and a commitment of getting things right and helping others understand – whether that's guiding clients or supporting coworkers and agents in their growth and success. When she has any down time, she enjoys taking her family on a quick beach trip in Florida.

Office Manager

Having been in insurance for more than 30 years, Kim has been with the Redmon Agency since its beginning. She has had the unique opportunity to grow alongside the business and help shape its success. Kim has built lasting relationships with all of Redmon's clients and is who clients ask for the most. When she is not in the office you can find her either at Disney World or out shopping until she drops.

Sondra brings over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry and is licensed in Illinois and Missouri for both property and casualty, as well as life insurance. She enjoys helping clients better understand their coverage, identify any gaps, and find opportunities to save money. Her favorite part of the job is educating clients and prospects so they can feel confident making informed decisions about their insurance needs.

Amy worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and took her customer service experience to the insurance industry. Her favorite part of customer service is building relationships. She enjoys taking the time to explain coverages so clients can have peace of mind that they are protected. When she isn't working, she enjoys walking to the local shops in her neighborhood, exploring different parks in the area and traveling.

With 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, Brandy brings a deep understanding of risk management and client service. After joining the Redmon team she transitioned to commercial lines where she has found a true passion for helping a wide range of businesses secure the coverage they need to thrive. Brandy really enjoys the diversity and complexity that comes with working across multiple industries and takes pride in building lasting relationships with her clients. Outside of work she enjoys traveling with her family and being outdoors, especially in the mountains, where she can recharge.

Since graduating from Illinois State University, Tony has attained over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry. Initially starting as a multi-line claims adjuster, he has been an agent/producer for the past 30 years. Primarily working with commercial and life insurance clients, he enjoys helping his customers identify and understand their exposures, risks, and needs while finding the proper solutions to resolve those challenges. Clients' piece of mind is the most rewarding part of the profession for Tony.
